The reps are out. The numbers still come back.
A medical rep should spend the day in front of doctors, not filling in a spreadsheet at 9pm. Buzzflo captures the call in seconds on the phone and gives the ASM coverage, orders and adherence without chasing anyone.
The problems this setup exists to solve
If none of these sound familiar, this preset is probably not the right starting point — and we would rather tell you that than sell you a configuration you will fight.
- Call reports arrive days late, in a format nobody can total
- Coverage is self-reported, so nobody can tell a real visit from a claimed one
- Samples leave the depot and are never reconciled against what was handed out
- Secondary sales are invisible — you only see what the distributor ordered
- Every order waits on a WhatsApp message to the wrong person for approval
How a day actually runs
Plan the beat
A manager builds an ordered stop list from the real doctor and chemist master, assigns it to a day and a rep, and the rep is notified.
Check in on site
GPS check-in stamps the location. The reported position is later cross-checked against the device's own trail, so coverage can be verified rather than trusted.
Log the call
Products detailed, samples given, doctor feedback, next visit date — the full DCR in under a minute, with a photo if it helps.
Take the order
Product catalogue with trade price and live stock, primary or secondary stream, captured against the contact with GPS.
Route the approval
The order enters your approval ladder — SO to ASE to CSD to accounts, or whatever yours is — with every step and rejection note recorded.
Read the numbers
Sales, visits, productive-call rate, pipeline, attendance and beat adherence, scoped so an ASM sees their team and an MR sees themselves.
Built for pharma field sales out of the box
Set up for you before you start, so the first screen your team opens already matches how they work.
Your team sees Doctors & Chemists, Activities and Campaigns — the product uses your words, on every screen.
The handsets, handled
Company handsets are usually the norm here, so the fleet console matters: battery, network and last-known position per device, geofences around depots and territories, and a selective wipe that clears the app rather than the phone when a rep leaves.
- Battery, storage, network and last-known position per device
- Locate, ring, sign out or refresh a device remotely
- Geofences that alert on entry and exit
- Selective wipe clears the app, never the personal phone
Pharma field sales questions
Can a rep log a call without a signal?
The visit form works offline and the entry is queued, then sent the moment the phone reconnects. GPS is captured at the time of the visit, not at the time of upload, so the location stays accurate.
How do you stop reps reporting visits they did not make?
Each reported visit is compared against the device's own location trail at that time, and flagged as verified, too far away, or no trail available. It is a check on the data, not a live tracker following anyone around.
Does it handle both primary and secondary sales?
Yes. An order carries a stream — primary from factory to distributor, secondary from distributor to retailer — so you can see past the distributor to what actually moved.
Can we match our own approval hierarchy?
Yes. Approval flows are defined per entity type with as many ordered steps as you need, each actioned by a role or a named person, with a full audit trail.
What about sample accountability?
Stock issued to a rep and stock handed out are two sides of one ledger. The balance is always visible and the system refuses a handout larger than the rep actually holds.

The modules behind it
Each one is a full module in its own right — this preset just decides which of them you see.
