Industries

One product, configured for how your industry works

A pharma field force and a design agency run the same product, set up differently. You get something that already fits your work on day one — and every improvement we make reaches you, instead of only the version built for your vertical.

Why not a fork

A separate build per industry is a bill you pay later

The obvious way to serve four industries is four versions of the software. It demos well and it ages badly: a fix has to be applied four times, features drift apart, and the vertical with the fewest customers quietly stops getting attention.

Buzzflo takes the other route. One product, tailored to each business before they start — the parts they use, in the words they use. A fix reaches every customer on the same day.

  • Set up for your business before you start
  • The product uses your vocabulary, on every screen
  • Every fix and feature reaches you on the same day as everyone else
  • Change how it is set up later without migrating anything
Questions

How the industry setup works

Is this a different product per industry?

No. It is one product, set up differently. That is why a fix or a new feature reaches every customer on the same day, instead of the industries with fewer customers quietly falling behind.

What if our industry is not listed?

These are the most common starting points, not the limits. Everything about how the product is set up can be tailored, so a business that looks like none of them is configured directly. Tell us how you work and we will map it.

Can we change the preset later?

Yes, at any time. How the product is set up for you is not fixed at signup and your data is never tied to it, so as the business changes the setup can change with it.

Does an unused part of the product cost us anything?

No. Plans are priced on projects and leads, not on how much of the product you switch on, and anything your team does not use simply is not there for them to trip over.

Can different teams see different things?

Yes. What the company uses is set once, and within that each person sees only what their role allows — an owner sees the whole organisation, a team lead sees their teams and any teams beneath them, and a member sees their own records. That is enforced on the server, so it is a real boundary rather than a hidden button.

Not sure which fits?

Tell us how your team works today and we will map it to modules and wording — usually a 30-minute call, and we will say so if the answer is that you need less than you asked for.
