Everything Buzzflo does, in one place
A full tour of the Buzzflo platform: team chat and calls, projects and tasks, CRM, field sales automation, invoicing, device management, marketing and analytics.
Buzzflo is one platform rather than a bundle of separate tools bolted together. Chat, work, customers, money and reporting share the same database, the same permissions and the same login — which is why a message can become a task, a lead can become a project, and logged hours can become an invoice without anything being retyped.
This page is the overview. Each section links to a deeper page if you want the detail.
The idea that holds it together
Throughout the day, decisions get made in conversations. A client changes a deadline in a group chat, a colleague flags a defect in a direct message, a manager approves a discount in passing. Those decisions rarely make it into a system of record, so they are rediscovered later — usually late.
Buzzflo closes that gap. Long-press any message, attach it to a project, and it becomes a task: the message text seeds the title, the sender becomes the assignee, and a badge on the original message links the two forever. See team chat and calls and project and task management.
Communicate
Real-time one-to-one and group messaging with read receipts, typing indicators, reactions, replies, mentions, pinned messages and tags. Voice and video calls work for individuals and small groups, with screen sharing and live captions, and every call is logged into the conversation it belongs to.
Message content is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, so a database dump never exposes plain text.
- Media, voice notes, documents and an image editor before you send
- Archive, mute, favourite, tag and search conversations
- An offline outbox that sends the moment you reconnect

Deliver
Projects hold tasks, and tasks hold everything a real task needs: checklists, comments with mentions, attachments, watchers, dependencies, start dates, estimates, recurrence and time logs. View the work as a card grid, a compact list, a drag-and-drop Kanban board or a month calendar.
Time is logged manually, in explicit entries, so hours reflect work that was actually done rather than how long a card sat in a column. Those same hours flow into reports and invoices.

Sell
The CRM is built around a pipeline you define. Create your own statuses, mark which ones count as won or lost, and add custom fields without waiting for a developer. Leads can be assigned to colleagues, who work them inside the owner's pipeline, and follow-ups fire a reminder to both people when they fall due.
A won lead is not a dead end: it becomes the client on a project or the recipient of an invoice.

Work the field
For teams whose people are out on the road, Buzzflo covers the full field cycle: GPS check-in and check-out, daily call reports, beat plans built from real contacts, order capture with live stock and trade price, sample ledgers that refuse to go negative, and approval chains with as many steps as your business needs.
An attendance crosscheck compares each reported visit against the device's own location trail, so coverage claims can be verified rather than taken on trust.

Get paid
Invoices are assembled from work that already exists — tasks, logged hours and costs — and anything already billed is flagged so the same task cannot be invoiced twice. Send as PDF, Excel or both, set a definition to recur monthly, and track every send in a log.
Income and expenses are recorded against projects or on their own, in any currency, and roll up into a consolidated profit report.

Manage the hardware
If you issue phones to field staff, the fleet console shows battery, storage, memory, network and last known position per device, with remote locate, ring, sign-out and selective wipe. Geofences raise an alert when a device enters or leaves a zone.
Selective wipe clears the app rather than the phone, which is the distinction that matters on a personal device.

Reach out
Email and WhatsApp campaigns run against the CRM you already keep, so there is no export and no second copy of the truth. A simple builder produces email-client-safe HTML from plain fields, and WhatsApp sending supports approved templates with header media and variable mapping.

Measure
Six reports cover sales, visits, team performance, pipeline, attendance and delivery, each scoped on the server by role — an owner sees their organisation, a team lead sees their teams and nested sub-teams, a member sees themselves. Open any individual for a drill-down against the team average, and export anything to CSV, Excel or PDF.
You can also assemble your own dashboards from a widget catalogue.

Shaped to your business
Two mechanisms keep one product usable across very different industries.
You only see what you use. A team that does not sell in the field never encounters a beat plan. The product speaks your language — the same objects appear as doctors and campaigns for one customer and as clients and projects for another, on every screen. We set both up for your business before you start, and either can change later without migrating anything.
Roles, permissions and tenancy
Access is enforced on the server, not hidden in the interface. An organisation owner can grant or withhold individual capabilities per administrator, team leads manage their own subtree of the hierarchy, and every membership change is written to an audit log.
For providers running many customers on one deployment, multi-tenant mode isolates each organisation completely, with its own owner, members, plan and limits.
Where to go next

Frequently asked questions
Can I turn modules off that we do not use?
Yes. We set the product up so your team only sees what they use, and there are ready-made setups for common industries that apply the right parts and the right vocabulary together. You can change it later without migrating anything.
Does everything work offline?
Messages composed offline are queued and sent automatically when the connection returns, and data writes are queued the same way. Reading requires a connection for anything not already cached.
Can I import existing data?
Marketing audiences import from Excel or CSV with per-row validation. For leads and other records, contact us and we will advise on the fastest route for your dataset.
Do you support more than one organisation on one account?
Yes. Buzzflo can run in multi-tenant mode where many organisations share one deployment with strict data isolation, each with its own owner, members, plan and billing.
