Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Buzzflo. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Accounts

You need an account to use Buzzflo. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

If you join through an employer or another organisation, that organisation administers your account. It can set policies, change your role, view workspace content according to its own permissions, and remove your access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Buzzflo to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights
• send spam, or send marketing to people who have not agreed to receive it
• upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or another account
• interfere with the service's operation, or circumvent limits and access controls
• harass, threaten or abuse anyone

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these rules. Where a workspace administrator reports abuse, we will act on it.

Marketing features carry an additional obligation: you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact every recipient in any audience you upload or select, and for complying with the rules of the channel you send through, including WhatsApp's template and messaging-window policies.

Subscriptions and billing

Buzzflo offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans renew automatically for the billing cycle you chose until cancelled.

• Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page and in the app
• Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period already paid for
• We do not provide refunds for partial periods unless required by law
• In organisation mode the plan is managed centrally, and limits are counted across the whole organisation
• We may change prices with reasonable notice; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for

Your data

You own the content you put into Buzzflo. We do not claim ownership of it and we do not sell it.

You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, transmit, back up and display that content in order to run the service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

You can export your data from the product, and you can request deletion of your account.

Availability

We work to keep Buzzflo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and events outside our control can cause downtime.

Some capabilities depend on services we do not operate — push notification delivery, email delivery, mobile operating system scheduling of background tasks, payment processing and messaging platforms. Their behaviour and limits are outside our control. Where a platform limit affects a feature, we document it rather than imply a guarantee we cannot make.

Third-party services

Where you connect a third-party service, such as a calendar or a messaging provider, you are bound by that provider's terms as well as these. You are responsible for the credentials you supply.

Intellectual property

Buzzflo, its software, design and brand are ours or our licensors'. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the service except where the law expressly allows it.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buzzflo is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You can stop using Buzzflo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. If you continue using Buzzflo after a change takes effect, you accept the revised terms.
