Pricing questions
What happens when I hit a plan limit?
You are told which limit you reached and offered an upgrade. Existing data is never deleted or hidden because of a limit, and chat is never metered.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and cancellations run to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, where a plan offers it. Some plans are monthly only, some annual only and some both, and the price shown always matches the cycle that plan actually offers.
How does billing work for an organisation?
In organisation mode the plan and its limits are counted across the whole organisation and managed centrally by the owner, so individual members do not check out separately.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan needs no payment details.
