Real estate

Every enquiry in one pipeline, every property in one place

Enquiries arrive from six directions and go stale in an inbox. Buzzflo puts them in a pipeline shaped like how you actually sell, and keeps each property's paperwork, viewings and costs together.

What usually hurts

The problems this setup exists to solve

If none of these sound familiar, this preset is probably not the right starting point — and we would rather tell you that than sell you a configuration you will fight.

  • Enquiries scattered across email, WhatsApp and portal notifications
  • No reliable record of who was called back and when
  • Viewing feedback lives in a notebook
  • Marketing needs the contact list exported into another tool
  • Nobody can say which source actually produces buyers
The flow

How a day actually runs

1

Capture the enquiry

Add the client with the fields you care about — budget, area, bedrooms — as custom fields rather than a notes blob.

2

Work the pipeline

Drag them through your own stages on the board. Mark which stages count as won or lost so conversion means something.

3

Never miss a callback

Schedule the follow-up with a note; the owner and the assigned agent both get a reminder when it falls due.

4

Run the property

Each property is a project with its own tasks, documents, costs and members.

5

Market to the list you already have

Email and WhatsApp campaigns run against the same contacts, filtered by stage or source. No export, no second list.

What you get

Built for real estate out of the box

Set up for you before you start, so the first screen your team opens already matches how they work.

Your team sees Clients and Properties — the product uses your words, on every screen.

Device management

The handsets, handled

Usually switched off for an agency working from desks and their own cars. It is there if you issue phones and want them managed, and it stays hidden from the interface entirely until you turn it on.

  • Battery, storage, network and last-known position per device
  • Locate, ring, sign out or refresh a device remotely
  • Geofences that alert on entry and exit
  • Selective wipe clears the app, never the personal phone

Questions

Real estate questions

Can I use my own pipeline stages?

Yes, and you should. Create, rename, recolour and reorder them, and mark which ones count as won or lost so reporting reflects your process rather than a generic template.

Can I add fields like budget or number of bedrooms?

Yes. Custom fields can be text, number, date or dropdown, added by you without waiting on anyone, and they appear in the table view and export.

Can two agents share a client record?

Yes. A client has an owner and an assignee; the assignee can work and progress the record inside the owner's pipeline but cannot reassign or delete it.

Does marketing use the same contacts?

Yes. Campaign audiences are built from your CRM filtered by stage or source, so there is one list rather than a copy that drifts out of date.
