From logged work to a paid invoice
Because time, tasks and costs already live in Buzzflo, an invoice is a few ticks rather than an evening of reconciliation.
What you get
Invoices built from real work
Line items are drawn from tasks and logged hours, and anything already billed is flagged so you never invoice the same task twice.
Recurring billing
Define an invoice once, choose the day of the month, and it sends itself with a full send log.
Income and expenses
Record money in and money out, optionally linked to a project, with multi-currency support and rich filters.
Profit you can trust
A consolidated finance report combines income, contract value and expenses across projects and standalone entries, exportable to PDF or Excel.
Also included
- PDF and Excel attachments
- Company logo and branding
- Per-line units and quantities
- Live invoice preview while editing
- Strict owner-only finance visibility
Every one of these works alongside the rest of the platform — see the full product tour or compare what each plan includes.
Invoicing & Finance questions
Can I send the same invoice every month automatically?
Yes. Mark an invoice definition as recurring and pick a day of the month. A scheduler sends it and advances the next run date, and every send is written to a log.
What formats can an invoice be sent in?
PDF, Excel, or both attached to the same email. Your choice is remembered per invoice.
Who in my team can see financial data?
Viewing a project's financial rollup is restricted to the project owner. A separate policy controls who may add income and expenses, and a person always sees rows they created themselves.
Do invoices have to belong to a project?
No. Invoices can be standalone, optionally linked to a project, and the client can be pulled from a lead in your CRM.
